after a long, non-blogging hiatus, i have returned.
winter break:
family time, friend time, boyfriend time, but mostly: applying to graduate school and nearly murdering myself on portfolio time.
applications have been completed, replies have not arrived (BUT) i remain hopeful. they should begin arriving in march.
the last ten days (how long i have been back at school) have been relatively pointless productivity-wise.
therefore, it is time to start blogging again.
on the plate currently:
organize my english class which looks nearly like death (work-wise). reading steinbeck's east of eden. enjoying it immensely. cathy ames is an evil little girl.... interested to see how this ends up. steinbeck is a badass author, anyway. i'm due to read an excerpt from Huckleberry Finn and an essay today, as well, and then write my first exhibit on the writings. nervous to see how I feel about writing as much this semester as my professor wants me to.
my other classes haven't really picked up that much, i'm expecting the next few weeks to really pick up.
aias stuff is getting kind of out of hand at the moment, a set of several emails are on the first of the list for today.
of course, it is monday, meaning guinness is at 730 tonight, then i plan on attending the gym around 9. hopefully i can get everything running in the right direction by then without (much) distraction.
